Yesterday

So yesterday was supposed to be a chill day spend in bed with movies and hot cocoa. My day began that way which was so much fun. I really enjoy spending time with my sisters and I really enjoy relaxing too - SO this was the perfect combination for me. I started the day with a bowl of fruit and a cup of tea. We sat in our beds and watched chick-flicks like "Dear John", "Pitch Perfect" and "The last song". We talked and talked and read some magazines. Around 4PM I got an e-mail from my work saying that there were a lot that should be done by Friday! This meant I HAD to go to work. Way to go to screw up a nice day. When I got to work I saw how much work I had to get done. AND THAT WAS A LOT!!
We ordered some take out food - some kind of rice/nuddles dish - and it tasted delicious ATM. Later on I felt nausea but thought it was because I was tired. When I was done at work I went home and went straight to bed. I guess it was around 1AM. I woke in the middle of night and had symptoms that reminded of Food poison. Guess what? I went to the doctor this morning and she said that I have a mild food poison and have to stay in bed all day. tsk.tsk. It really sucks because I had plans this evening but every time I get out of bed I feel sick as hell. WhyWhyWhy do I always have to get hit by Bad luck?? On the bright side I can lay in bed watching 90210 and Vampire Diaries all day long. But it still sucks. I want to hang out with my friends sooo badly. It's hard.
Btw. I found this picture on WeHeartIt and I laughed hard!

You know why I laughed so hard? Because it's true. When you watch a movie and people in the movie get sick they look perfect and not sick at all. BUT when it comes to reality you look like trash and look like you're about to die. So this picture describes it really well.

New in: Beauty Products

So I've decided to show you guys some of the beauty products I recently bought. These items - oh my gosh - are some that I've wanted to purchase for some month now and when my sister was in the states I decided to go along and buy them. It doesn't hurt to try some new stuff out.

I want to show you a picture first of some of the beauty items.

I've purchased 3 items from Victoria's Secret. It's three fragrance mists with different smell. The first one is "Pure Seduction" - Oh my gosh I absolutely love this smell! It's a twist between red plum and freesia - the combination is outstanding and perfect for my taste. It's a smell you would recognize instantly. The next one is "Strawberries and Champagne" - first of all, look how cute the bottle looks! It's the cutest color. I also really love this smell - it's a combination of wild strawberries and champagne. It smell so so so good and fresh - it's a very summer-ish smell! The last one is "Love spell" - firstly I have a fetish with cherry blossom which made me choose this exact bottle of fragrance. I'm in love guys! This fragrance is called "Love spell" and I've fallen under the spell. I absolutely love the combination of cherry blossom and peach! It's so fresh and delicious. I don't know how to explain the smell more straight! You just have to believe me on this :-) I can't really choose which one's my fave - it really depends on my mood and how I'll 'expose' myself that exact day. But I'm in love with all of them.
NOW TO THE HAND SANITIZERS!!! Not just any kind of hand sanitizers - pocket hand sanitizers from Bath and Body Works! You. Guys. I. Have. An. Addiction. ATM I've got 9 of these babies and I love love love them. Can't get enough. These three are the newest I've purchased. The first one is called " Midnight pomegranate" - it smells like, big surprise, pomegranate and, correct me if I'm wrong, I think there's a little scent of vanilla. Delicious! The next one's called "Pink Chiffon" - first of all, look at its color!! Can you say cuteeeeee? It's the prettiest pink and it has GLITTER in it! How girly! Oh my god I love it! I don't know how to describe the smell. It smells like pink and fun. I can't say more to describe that. The last one is called " Fresh strawberries" and it has the perfect and pretty red color like strawberries - beautiful. Okay this literally smells like strawberries and not just any strawberries! FRESH STRAWBERRIES. I kind of have something for strawberries and now I can just walk around and smell - or at least my hands can - like strawberries whenever I want. How amazing is that?!?! Back to my addiction. I don't know why but I'm addicted to these cute hand sanitizers - and yes I meant cute. They're so cute and practical. They fit in your little purse, makeup bag or wherever you need a sanitizer. It so nice to have one with you everywhere because you don't know where or when you're going to need one. Most of the time it's when you least expect it.

The last smelling beauty product: I've smelled to "See" by Chloé many times and I think it's the perfect perfume for summer. Unfortunately I purchased it a bit late, but you know what? I'm going to wear it the next couple of month as well. The smell is very fresh and kinda reminds me of the Abercrombie and Fitch fragrance... which isn't a bad thing. But it's only a bit of the scent that reminds me of it. It's a very fruity fragrance and playful and I absolutely love it. It's perfect for young woman and teenagers - I guess. I would recommend you to smell it the next time you're in Sephora or another beauty/fragrance store.  

The last beauty product is this mascara from Covergirl. My last Covergirl mascara worked really well and I thought of trying something new. My choice fell on this "Clump Crusher by Lash blast" because I'm always searching for a mascara that gives an intense volume and doesn't clump that much. This mascara says it gives 200% volume and zero clumps. I hope that's true because right now I'm really looking forward to trying this mascara. Covergirl is absolutely my favorite brand when it comes to mascara.

 

I'm thinking of doing some more of these post about beauty and fashion - if that's okay with you guys.

EXAMS equals me being NERVOUS!

While I'm studying for my french exam on tuesday, my parents are making me some lovely food and dinner in the evenings. I can't tell you how much I love my parents for helping me through this periode with exams and annual tests. I can already feel the exam anxiety in my body. My stomach hurts and I can't sleep at night. This final counts and that's why it terrifies me. Okay... not just because of that... it's also because IT'S FRENCH! For GOD sake. It's an oral exam where I have to speak french... yirks! That's probably what terrifies me the most. Right now I should be studying but I don't know where to begin. My entire weekend I've ask myself that question: "where do I start?". Hmm I should probably get going.

 This salat is soooooo delicious! It's pretty simple - as you can see there's fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, salt and pepper! Simple, delicious and healthy :P YUM! I posted this picture on Instagram and got around 20 like in no time... Gosh people do like delicious and invitingly food! 

French: The more and more I study, the more and more I get tired/sleepy and the letters gets blurred out. Yesterday, I took this picture because I thought the effect would look cool! And I have to say... I think it looks pretty awesome. It describes the situtation I was in yesterday. It's a picture everyone can relate to and some can interpret on. A picture can say more than a thousand words.

It Was a Good Day

Today has been a quite amazing day. The sun has been shining the entire day and I've helped my mom and dad out with some chores in our house and garden. It's been wonderful just to shut everything out - homework and school - to relax, stress down and help my parents out.

Today there's exactly 1 month to my birthday! I can't really describe the feeling I'm feeling about it. Monday, my best friend turned 18 and had a little cozy dinner which was soo  nice and I met some of her friends from school - they seemed pretty cool! Now it's my turn to have birthday and I haven't decided what to do - should I invite my friends and closest family to brunch or what?
I want to the share the day with them :-) I'll show you my birthday wishes when I'm done with them :P

Back to today! I painted a fence today - It was so much fun. The fence looks really pretty now and I'm proud of it. Yesterday I talked to my parents about buying an Iphone 4s. They said that it was totally fine with them if I wanted to buy one! YAAAAAAAAAAAAY - excitement!!!! So I will soon be the owner of an Iphone! woop woop ;)
I'll go out and enjoy the rest of the day here in Denmark - It's only 4 pm. And the weather is still AMAZING!

Eighteen

Soon I'm going to be 18 years old. Eighteen freaking years! How weird is that?!? Here in Denmark, it means you can get a drivers license, vote at elections, make your own choices and so on. You'll be counted as a grown-up! It really terrifies me - I'm not ready to be a grown up and make my own choises about everything! Am I ready to hit the roads? I guess I am... i don't know... hmm I guess I just want to be a kid for a little while. One more month and I'm eighteen. One more month just as a kid. One more month to do childish things and not to care what others might think about it. One more month and I'm technically a grown-up. One more month. Yirks it's soon - too soon...

Here in Denmark turning 18 is a big thing. You are officially an adult. I already know by now that in my birthday present from my parents I will get my drivers license - It doens't sound that big, but here in Denmark a drivers license cost pretty much... The only thing that i don't know is what to wish for from my closest friends - do you have any suggestions?? I'm a little lost here!
One thing I do know is that my birthday present to myself is going to be a pair of Nike Air Max sneakers!! Woop woop ^^ You can hear that i'm very exciteeeed about this :P
Soon I'll put up some cravings I just must buy this summer!
