Some chill music on a cozy friday night

Right now I am sitting in my pyjamas with a good movie - Pitch Perfect. I have to admit that I love the music in this movie! It's amazing. Today has been a good day - the sun was shining and the sky was perfect blue. Sadly I got really bad sunburnt :( It really hurts a lot!! So now I feel like relaxing and enjoying the evening with good music and movies. Here's a good one by Kings of Convenience - It's called "Homesick". It's one of my favorite chill songs - check it out! :P

Make-up session and friends

Today has been a good day. It started out with a short day in school. Afterwards I met with two of my best friends at Nørreport st. In connection with the birthday of Sephora Copenhagen, we all had booked appointments to a make-up session at Sephora. The brand "NARS" has finally found it's way to little Denmark and I'm all excited about it. At my session I tried something from NARS summer collection with a focus on the eyes and lips. After this session I feel very positive towards/about the brand. It's definetly not the last time I'm trying these products. I've actually decided to buy some of the products I tried on today :-) Thumps Up NARS.
After the sessions all 4 of us decided to enjoy an ice cream in the lovely weather. We strolled down the streets of Copenhagen and ended at Nyhavn. Here we enjoyed a delicious ice cream - It has been the most perfect day with lovely people, beautiful weather and Copenhagen! Arrived at Nyhavn. It's the most charming place in Copenhagen. Down the canal of Nyhavn there's restaurants, café and so on. There's a speciel charm and the spirit there is amazing.

The Notebook, Summer, sunglasses = yesterday

Yesterday was a wonderful day! It started out with 50 minutes of school and after that I went home to enjoy the beautiful weather. Perfect blue sky with no clouds on. When I got home I hopped into my favorite shorts and Vans. I went for a walk with my sister, who's currently sick, just to get her out of the house for a while. My legs are still very pale from the winter - so I had to tan a bit.

As you can see my legs are pretty pale. Okay... I just need to tan a bit. Which I also did yesterday.

I went outside in my garden with a blanket, homework, a good book - in this case "The Notebook" by Nicholas sparks <3 <3 - sunglasses, a waterbottle and my ipod! It was a wonderful weather and I enjoyed every second of it.

Around 5 pm, the weather turned. The sky was grey and had lots of clouds on it. It's unbelievable how quick the weather turned.

Summer

Summer is finally here. The sun is shining.The trees and the flowers are suddently blooming. It's wonderful. The picture down below is taken with my Iphone (wuhuu can't get enough of it) nearby where I work.

 

Today, school stars at 12:15 and ends at 13:05. A very short day. You can already now feel that summer vacation is just around the corner. Next week my reading weeks begins and 4 weeks later it's: SUMMER VACATION!!!!!! wuhuuu! I can't describe how much I'm looking forward to the summer holidays :) Just to read a book, stress down, no pressure, relaxation and I could keep on going with this list... lol.

 

I will go do some blogilates because I have almost 3 hours before I'll head out for school.

My daily routine

Hi guys.
So I just wanted to show you "my daily routine" and which products I use. As a teenager you once in a while have break outs and don't you worry - this is absolutely normal! This is all because of your hormonal balance which in the teenage years are very unstable. What I do is; I drink a lot of water to hydrate my skin - not that I can feel a difference, but still remember to drink water. Also remember to wipe your make up off in the evening before you go to bed. Old make-up can make your skin break out because of the irritation. I make sure to remember to cleanse my face - it hydrates your skin and your skin feels clean and amazing afterwards. The products I use to cleanse my face is: The "Aloe Vera Deep Cleanser" from Ole Henriksen,  the "Relief Face Tonic" from Ole Henriksen and the "Vitamin Plus Creme" also from Ole Henriksen. As you can see I adore products by Ole Henriksen - He's danish and his products doesn't suck, which is good! I use these products every morning and every evening. This was the more healthy routine for the skin.
Okay further on to my make-up routine. It's actually pretty simple - I'm not the kind of girl who use a lot of make-up! I'm going for the more natural look. The first I apply on my face is a foundation primer. A primer is always good to moisturize your skin underneath the foundation. A primer are meant to create a barrier between foundation and skin. The foundation primer, I use, is the "Foundation Primer - Oil Free" from Laura Mercier. I use the oil free because of my skin - it has a tendency to get oily and that's why I don't have the necessity of supplying more oil to my skin. After the primer I use a Mineral Powder - it's the "Mineral Powder" from Laura Mercier. I absolutely love Laura Mercier and her mineral products. It's definetly a brand I could recommend. After applying the mineral powder, I use a concealer - to be more specific: The "Acne Solution Clearing Concealer" from Clinique. This concealer is okay - PROS: It covers your blemish. CONS: It's hard to blend in and dries really quick. Now on to the mascara. I always use mascara - If I'm not wearing any mascara I look really tired. The mascara I use is the "LashBlast Fusion Mascara" (shade: Very Black) by Covergirl - and it's waterproof (of course). This is also a good mascara - It doesn't ruin your lashes and it lasts all day. A thing I can't live without is my "Rosebud Perfume Co. Strawberry Lip Balm" - it's a really good lip balm and like I said... I can't live without it! It's not that expensive which means it's a winwin situation ;)
The finishing touch is my perfume. At the moment, I use the perfume "Red Delicious" by DKNY. It's the perfect finishing touch to my daily routine and the everyday look.

I'm not weird - I'm limited edition

Screwing up

Do you know that feeling when you think you've screwed/messed up big time with a person? There's this guy - he's a freshman at my school and a year younger than me, but that's so not the point! He is one of those guys you see at the hallways and think "gosh he looks cute!" - because he do look cute (to be more specific; he looks very very cute at all time). We have these partys at school - exactly 7 partys each year - and it's the perfect opportunity to meet new people. I think it was at the first party where I talked to him - he promised me a dance, but again that's not the point ;)
The next party had the theme called Grease! I dressed up as a Pink lady - with a little black dress and the "pink ladies" jacket. It was at this party he kissed me and I kissed him back. And I got my dance with him lol.
Now months after I still think back on that exact party. After that party everything changed. Everything became awkward... between him and me, but also between his class and my class. I can tell you about one time: his class and my class had a preparty before we went to the party at our school. Do I have to say more than AWKWARD??? It was the most awkward preparty I've ever been to. It's one of those times you drink some alcohol to avoid the awkwardness and go often to the bathroom just to avoid someone. We tried our ass's off to socialize and somehow we ended up having a great time...hmmm...Or I think we all had a great time? I actually don't know! But it was also the most awkward situation I've ever experienced.
It's not that I regret kissing him several times at all, but if you even can't look each other in the eyes, when passing each other in the hallways.... something is completely wrong - and it's here I feel I've messed up.  Now several month later I'm over it and the whole awkward situation, but I kinda fell like he's not. Everytime I'm nearby him at partys and stuff like that... He moves to another place and it takes less than a second - it can't go quick enough. I do not regret the kiss but I regret the situation we've put us in. It might seem like I've some sort of feelings for him - but actually I don't. I know it's an entire blog post about one specific guy, but it's not because of my feelings for him - it's more "I feel like I've screwed up and now regret the situation we've put us in"-ish.
Sorry for filling your heads with this - I just had to get it out. Last night it got me thinking - it sometimes happens for me - that old things pop right back into my head ;)

10 years without DC

Thursday, 16th of May was a memorable day. It was exactly 10 years ago Dawson's Creek aired their last episode. We have to tell you - We are huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge fans of Dawson's Creek. When we say huge we mean really huuuuuge fans!! That's why the 16th of May was a memorable day for us. We love the way the series just has that charm - If you've seen Dawson's Creek you know what we're talking about ;) The older series has a speciel charm you just can't describe. But then all this got us thinking - especially me (missakd): It's only been 10 years since Dawson's Creek ended. Suddenly I feel very very old. Dawson's Creek is one of the best TV-series and definetly one of our favorites.

A trip down memory lane - The song "I don't wanna wait" will always be the opening song/theme song for Dawson's Creek and the song that reminds you of Dawson's Creek. Us sisters will always ship Pacey and Joey (lol we're in season 3 at the moment - so OF COURSE we ship Pacey and Joey).

It Was a Good Day

Today has been a quite amazing day. The sun has been shining the entire day and I've helped my mom and dad out with some chores in our house and garden. It's been wonderful just to shut everything out - homework and school - to relax, stress down and help my parents out.

Today there's exactly 1 month to my birthday! I can't really describe the feeling I'm feeling about it. Monday, my best friend turned 18 and had a little cozy dinner which was soo  nice and I met some of her friends from school - they seemed pretty cool! Now it's my turn to have birthday and I haven't decided what to do - should I invite my friends and closest family to brunch or what?
I want to the share the day with them :-) I'll show you my birthday wishes when I'm done with them :P

Back to today! I painted a fence today - It was so much fun. The fence looks really pretty now and I'm proud of it. Yesterday I talked to my parents about buying an Iphone 4s. They said that it was totally fine with them if I wanted to buy one! YAAAAAAAAAAAAY - excitement!!!! So I will soon be the owner of an Iphone! woop woop ;)
I'll go out and enjoy the rest of the day here in Denmark - It's only 4 pm. And the weather is still AMAZING!

Excitement!!

My sister just showed me the cover band called The Vamps. They're soo cute and have an amazing accent - love them already ;) I thought I wanted to share one of their covers and I chose this one, because it's my favorite of the ones I've heard. Can't help it they're so adorable

A little update:
Yesterday I found out some wonderful news about NCIS LA - Deeks and Kensi. I knew it would happen - We ship them <3 What else has happened? I finally got started with my birthday wishes and my assignments due tomorrow. It's kind of stressful :s Other than that the weather is amazing and I can feel the summer is on it's way!

Eighteen

Soon I'm going to be 18 years old. Eighteen freaking years! How weird is that?!? Here in Denmark, it means you can get a drivers license, vote at elections, make your own choices and so on. You'll be counted as a grown-up! It really terrifies me - I'm not ready to be a grown up and make my own choises about everything! Am I ready to hit the roads? I guess I am... i don't know... hmm I guess I just want to be a kid for a little while. One more month and I'm eighteen. One more month just as a kid. One more month to do childish things and not to care what others might think about it. One more month and I'm technically a grown-up. One more month. Yirks it's soon - too soon...

Here in Denmark turning 18 is a big thing. You are officially an adult. I already know by now that in my birthday present from my parents I will get my drivers license - It doens't sound that big, but here in Denmark a drivers license cost pretty much... The only thing that i don't know is what to wish for from my closest friends - do you have any suggestions?? I'm a little lost here!
One thing I do know is that my birthday present to myself is going to be a pair of Nike Air Max sneakers!! Woop woop ^^ You can hear that i'm very exciteeeed about this :P

Workouts

I've said that I would love to do a post about how I prepare myself and my body for the bikini season. This equals WORKOUT!
Many people know Blogilates, who's a pilates instruktur that makes youtube videos. She makes videos about every form of traning. If you especially wants to focus on your abs and getting a flat belly, you can choose a video about that or if you would like to work with your tricebs - you just find the video that focus on this. Easy right?? I really get motivated by these videos. I think it's because of how Cassey pushes you and smile through the entire session. I admit it - sometimes I get so pissed of by the way she is, because the workouts are so GOD DAMN hard. But on the other hand it's why these workouts are so good - because you get motivated. Afterwards you feel AMAZING! So thumps up for Blogilates. Other than these workouts you have to do some cardio or running and of course eat healthy and drink a lot of water. So keep that in mind ;-)

Here in Denmark we have a mini break/vacation/holiday - idk what to call it! So hopefully I'll write some post. My little sisters are going to their first exams on monday - it's soooo exciting :P
